Fully equipped 600m2 gym with a combination of resistance machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Plus a studio/dojo Facility for aerobics and self defense classes.
The First Indoor Running Track in Egypt:
Recognizing the benefits of natural running as opposed to treadmills, as well as the inherent dangers of running on our streets, We were the first in Egypt to offer our members a 75m indoor running track around our facilities.  The Running track is rubberized so it offers extra shock absorption allowing persons with ankle, knee & back problems to walk and run more comfortably.
Personal training:
We are not all the same we differ in body type, fitness levels, health, careers, time constraints and goals. Our personal trainers, design programs specific to you and your goals, as well as help keep you motivated to achieve them. 

 

Senior fitness:
Through out the years it has been proven that our Chronological age and our functional age, can differ. There are 60 year olds that function like 40 year old, and vice versa .This is usually the result of an active lifestyle. Its never too late too start, we have clients who started training at 65 and have made incredible improvements over the last 5 years. Our trainers are aware of the limitations put forth by age, and can work around them to help regain functionality and activety.
Sport specific training:
You cannot train a boxer like a tennis player, nor a body builder like a runner. Each sport requires specific types of strength and fitness. Many develop weak points in the body that need to be strengthened to avoid muscular imbalance, that can lead to injuries.
Indoor cycling:
The first spinning program to ever be offered in Egypt. This exciting, class involves cycling on specially designed stationary cycles to provide the kind of workout offered to world class cyclists. A program with gauranteed results

Kids fitness:
In our world of computers play station, 24 hour cartoon channels, as well as school work, we have produced a generation of over weight unfit kids. The proof of this, lies in the appearances of diseases, such as hyper tension, obesity, diabetes at extremely young ages, as opposed to after forty. We provide classes for kids, that combine activities, from different sports and games to keep them motivated.  
Body composition and fitness testing:
Our obsession with weight gain has led us to become enslaved to the bathroom scale. When in truth weight is only one factor. The true measure of ones health is how much of your weight is Fat, and how much is muscle. Your body fat percentage is the true indicator of how well your doing. Through a series of simple tests, and measurements we can tell you your body fat percentage, your BMI, and your current fitness level, and what to do about it.
Fat loss & Weight gain Programs:
We can design programs specific to your needs. Fat loss is easy once certain factors are recognized, things such as Body type, eating habits, and lifestyle.  At the opposite end of the scale, there are those with hyper metabolisms that cannot gain weight, But through proper eating habits, nutritional supplementation and the right exercise program, weight gain can be achieved and maintained

Postural correction for low back pain:
One of the worlds top reason for lost workdays, and under performance, is LOW BACK PAIN. This problem Is usually the result of bad posture which leads to core muscular imbalance. This in turn can develop into more serious, problems such as a prolapsed disk, and or sciatica. Through a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises, we can put an end to your lower back pain
Massage, sauna and Jacuzzi:
What better way to end a tough work out, or a hard day at work with a relaxing and soothing Massage at the hands of a professional Masseuse, or just relax and feel the stress melt away in the sauna or Jacuzzi. Or even better enjoy the benefits of all three.

Squash & Tennis:    
We have a tennis: court and indoor squash court, with professional instructors available. Or just bring a partner for a friendly match.
Swimming pool
With our wonderful Mediterranean weather, why not lounge around the pool, enjoying one of the Hotels cocktails or lovely meals.  All our members can use the hotel pool  facilities at no extra cost
